SCMHA First Aid Training
Hockey NS has updated their coaching requirements to include safety training.
For all teams, at least one coach will need to be certified with Emergency First Aid, CPR level C, and AED certification.
SCMHA will be hosting a First Aid certification over 2 evenings in November (you will need to attend both sessions to be certified):
Wednesday, November 15th &
Wednesday, November 22nd
The course will run from 6pm-9:30pm, both evenings at the Don Henderson Memorial Sportsplex.
We need a minimum of 16 participants.
You must pre-register to confirm your spot. Please use this form to complete your registration.
Coaches from other associations are welcome to attend, providing their association confirms covering their cost of the training (approx $100 per person)
