Term: 2026-2027 Hockey Season
South Colchester Minor Hockey Association is seeking a dedicated, organized, and leadership-driven individual to fill the role of Referee in Chief (RIC) for the upcoming 2026-2027 hockey season.
The RIC plays a critical role in our association by supporting our officials, ensuring fair play, and fostering a positive, safe, and healthy sports environment for all youth athletes. If you have a passion for officiating, mentorship, and community sports management, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to mentor younger or less experienced officials.
Interested candidates are invited to submit a letter of interest outlining their qualifications, officiating background, and why they are the right fit to lead our officiating team this season.
